| Equipment Repairs
Estimates - An estimate is the approximate cost to repair the visible and measurable defects of the equipment. Once the repair commences, any additional defective material discovered will be replaced upon customer approval for the parts and labor. All repairs and estimates are subject to a minimum charge of one hour labor. Cancelled Estimates - Cancelled estimates will be subject to billing for estimate and re-assembly. Evaluation Before Estimate - It is sometimes possible to determine the approximate or maximum cost of a repair over the phone. Please feel free to call. Have make, model, serial #, code or spec. available. Warranty Repairs: A. Will be picked up and delivered to the customer's location. Charges for pick-up and delivery will be quoted prior to pick-up. B. Will be given priority and repaired immediately. C. Freight charges on parts for warranty repair will be NO CHARGE. (Except air freight, special delivery or large items such as armatures or stators. D. Claims returned by the manufacturer unpaid will be billed to the customer. A copy of the denied claim will be supplied upon request. E. Invalid claims will be billed to the customer F. All repairs submitted must be accompanied with a Bill of Sale stating distributor, customer date and serial #. G. Parts not Warranted: Missing parts, damage due to abuse or neglect, consumables or expendable parts (nozzles, tips etc.) or preventative maintenance items (oil, filters etc.) H. Be Careful: Warranty may be void if customer has attempted repair or removed covers. To Top |
